At Wincare Adult Family Home, we provide around the clock care with continuous monitoring and support by trained caregivers, including emergency response and assistance as needed.

Throughout the year we provide our residents with Healthy Dining and make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to. This includes 3 nutritious meals a day, plenty of hydration, and healthy snacking options.

Diabetes Self Management Program

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

As defined in the resident's Care Plan, we provide assistance with either medication reminders or administration and monitoring of medications prescribed by health professionals or by Nurse delegation.

Checking Blood Pressure

HEALTHCARE COORDINATION

Your health is our priority. At Wincare Adult Family Home, we provide assistance with scheduling and transportation to medical appointments. We also facilitate communication and coordination with healthcare providers.

Home Nurse Making Bed

HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY

Daily housekeeping services maintain a clean and comfortable environment as well as laundry services for residents' personal clothing and linen.

SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

At Wincare, we want to make fun a daily occurrence. This includes organized activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation and physical well-being. Residents will also enjoy outings to local attractions, events and community gatherings.
